Supporting Those Who Care for Others

Family caregivers play an essential role in the well-being of elders and loved ones. Hualapai Senior Services provides support, information, training, and resources to help caregivers navigate their responsibilities while maintaining their own health and wellness.


Who Qualifies?

  • Must be an enrolled Hualapai Tribe Member
  • Must be 55 years of age or older
  • Must be self-sufficient with no required assistance
  • Must have a guaranteed source of income

Rent

$200.00 per month
$200.00 non-refundable deposit

Information & Assistance

Guidance on available programs, services, and community resources.

Individual Counseling

One-on-one support to help caregivers manage challenges and navigate available services.

Supplemental Services

Limited assistance designed to complement the care provided by informal family caregivers.

Caregiver Training

Educational opportunities to help caregivers make informed decisions regarding health, nutrition, financial literacy, and caregiving responsibilities.

Support Groups

Connect with other caregivers, share experiences, and build supportive relationships.

Priority Populations

Priority Is Given To:
Older individuals with the greatest social need
Older individuals with the greatest economic need
Low-income older adults
Caregivers supporting individuals with severe disabilities
Caregivers supporting children with severe disabilities
